Mr. Waldo’s interest in the legal rights and needs of those who have lost some or all of their hearing is highly personal, as he has a significant loss. Because of that, he has a deep understanding of the barriers we face, the laws in place to help us overcome those barriers, and how much our lives can be enriched as a result.

Because those protective laws generally provide that the person who vindicates his or her own rights is entitled to recover attorneys’ fees from the other party, much of Mr. Waldo’s work is done at minimal cost to the client.
